Repeat Prescriptions
For Prescription related enquiries please call us on 01892 833 331, Monday to Friday from 11am to 12am and from 2pm to 3pm.
You can order your repeat prescriptions via the following methods (this will show what’s on your repeat medicine list and your dosage):
- Use your NHS Account (via the NHS website or the NHS App)
- Use the GP online system: Patient Access
- Posting your slip in the box on the reception front desk, during our opening hours
- Posting your slip through the external post box at any time
We will only take prescription requests over the phone for housebound patients only.
If your prescription is urgent please give it in at the front desk and write 'urgent' on it.
To sign up to our online prescription service, please bring in some photo identification to one of our receptionists who can sign you up for the service.
If your prescription is urgent please give it in at the front desk and write urgent on it. Please do not phone in if you have run out of your medication, prescriptions are not processed any quicker if they are phoned in. For all other requests please allow three working days notice.
Our prescription staff can only issue repeat prescriptions. A repeat prescription is one that includes your regular medication. This does not normally include antibiotics. If you would like a prescription for medication which you have not had for a long time, or that is not on your repeat prescription you will need to speak to your doctor.
Repeat prescriptions can only be obtained during our normal working week as the out of hours services are unable to deal with these.

Non-Repeat Prescriptions
If you would like a prescription for medication which are not on your repeat list and have not had for a long time, including antibiotics, you will need to speak to your doctor. Our prescription staff can only issue repeat prescriptions.
